Having reached the quarter-finals OF the Australian Open, Felix Auger-Aliassime has been preparing for his upcoming tournaments at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar. During an intense week, the Canadian player trained under the watchful eyes of Toni Nadal and Frederic Fontang.

To cap off his stay, Rafa Nadal himself acted as host when Felix and his team visited the Rafa Nadal Museum. In addition, they immortalized their visit with two photos in front of the Grand Slam trophy cabinet and that containing the Masters 1000s Rafa has won in Toronto and Montreal.

As on his previous visits, Felix stayed in the residence for adults at the academy and had the chance to train for the first time both on the indoor courts in the new players’ gym. In addition, he tried out the Roland Garros restaurant, where he ate every day.

Félix Auger Aliassime enjoyed a spectacular 2022, picking up the first 4 titles of his ATP career in Rotterdam, Florence, Antwerp and Basel, allowing him to reach his best ever ATP ranking (No. 6). He also won the Davis Cup with Canada in the finals played in Malaga.
