The Total Tennis & Fitness (Half Week) is the perfect plan for enjoying the facilities of the Rafa Nadal Sports Centre while playing your favourite sport.


Participants will improve their technique and tactics following the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar methodology with three days of training in small groups. Our coaches carry out a skills assessment with all the players at the start of the programme in order to assign them to a training group that suits their standard of play.

The program also includes two group fitness sessions, essential  for the optimum performance of any sportsperson.


The Total Tennis & Fitness (Half Week for adults take place for 3 days (4 nights of stay), with entry and exit from Sunday to Thursday or from Wednesday to Sunday. On Sundays tennis lessons are not taught, the training is saved another day of the week, whenever there is availability, or reimbursement.

 

 

* This program can be taught in a period (depending on availability) without physical training.

Tennis and physical training Half Week

  • 6 hours of tennis training per week (2h/day) on hard court.  
  • 3 day program to choose: from Monady to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday.
  • Small groups: ratio coach/players: 1/4.

Accommodation and services

  • Free use of the Fitness Centre with more than 200 supervised activities per week.*
  • Free access to the 25m semi-Olympic indoor pool and outdoor recreational pool.*
  • Free access to the Beauty Spa with hydrothermal circuit, sauna and Turkish baths.*
