Would you like to learn to compete?
Learning good technique is essential for achieving a high standard of tennis. However, technique does not guarantee facing the competition with certainty of success.
In the “Learn to Compete” program at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, you will train with a system of scored exercises in which real-competition tactical situations will be created.
A specific technique will be worked on in each of the various sessions in order to build the player’s strengths and minimise their weaknesses. Similarly, emphasis will be placed on learning specific tactics which will highlight work on on-court positioning, directions, attack, defence and counterattack. Emphasis will also be placed on baseline shots and the start of the first exchanges after the serve and/or return.
This program integrates work on physical fitness, technique, tactics and a winning mentality.
The program is 5 days long (6-night stay) entry and exit from Sunday to Sunday. On Sundays there are no tennis classes, training can be retrieved another day of the week, provided there is availability, or reimbursed.
* This program is now also available without accommodation (always subject to ability, restrictions may apply). Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability.
