- 6 hours of padel training per week (2h per day) for 3 days to choose from: Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday (court/player ratio: 1/3).
- 2 hours of group fitness (1h per day Monday and Tuesday or 1h per day Thursday and Friday, depending on the option chosen).

The Rafa Nadal Sports Centre has 7 fully equipped outdoor and 6 indoor paddle courts led by a highly experienced technical team who prepare professional and amateur players.
The Total Padel (Half Week) for adults is a versatile program that completely adapts to the level of each group. This makes it an ideal setting for beginners as well as advanced players who want a higher level of technique.
Our training method has been designed based on our technical team’s experience in the world of competition, from low to higher professionals.
This system is based on the improvement of technical execution, tactical movements and court performance thanks to a specific training method, always trying to maximize the strength of each player.
This program, available throughout the year, lasts 3 days (4 night’s stay) with entry and exit from Sunday to Thursday or from Wednesday to Sunday. Paddle lessons are not taught on Sundays and training can be made up on another day based on availability or can be reimbursed.
During the Total Padel (Half Week) for adults, you can improve your game and share great moments with players from all over the world.
