What is included
12 hours of personalized tennis training per week (Monday through Saturday).
5 hours per week of physical preparation focused on tennis (Monday to Friday).
Ratio court/player: 1:1 (individual program) and 1:2 (duo program)

Kinetic-anthropometric and nutritional study by nutritionist Gemma Bes.

At the Premium Tennis Camp Adult the coach will design the tennis sessions according to the objectives of each player. Throughout the week all aspects of the game will be worked on: backcourt shots, offensive and defensive shots, net play (volleys and smashes), serves and returns, ball direction, etc. The methodology applied in our programs is based on an exclusive training system designed from the experience acquired by Rafa Nadal and his technical team in their years of experience in the professional circuit. Customers can book the Premium Tennis Camp Adult or Premium Tennis Camp Duo, a perfect option to share their experience at the Rafa Nadal Academy with a partner with the same level of play.
In the Duo version, tennis and fitness trainings are semi-private (2 players) and health treatments are offered individually. This program has a duration of 6 days (Monday to Saturday) and a 7-night stay, with arrival and departure on Sunday. We also offer the option of participating in this program without accommodation. Within our facilities in Manacor, Mallorca we have several main buildings:
Academy: This is the “base camp” for junior players and has restricted access. It houses the supervised residence, the Rafa Nadal School and common rest areas.
Rafa Nadal Residence: can be visited by the general public. Accommodation for adults or families. In addition to a total of top-quality tennis courts (indoor, semi-cushioned, clay and hard courts), it has a state-of-the-art gymnasium, spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, restaurants and cafeteria, stores and the Rafa Nadal Museum.
We also have the Quiron Salud Sports Clinic, a comprehensive and multidisciplinary service to promote sports practice in the best medical conditions.
The main language at the Movistar Rafa Nadal Academy is tennis and the love for the sport.
Annual program: an English language assessment is part of the admission procedure for this program.
Summer camp and weekly programs: we have players from all over the world attending and the common language on the court is English. Many of our employees speak several languages.
We have players of different levels and expect all players to train between 4 and 6 hours per week. Coaches assess the level of all players at the beginning of the program and place them in training groups for the week according to level and age. Coaches take into account that players may be tired from traveling and may change the group a player is in during their stay if deemed necessary.
