- 12 hours of technical and tactical padel training per week (Monday to Saturday).

- 5 hours of personal physical training focused on padel (Monday to Friday).
- In the fitness sessions, work will be done on the development of the physical abilities that contribute to improving the tennis player's performance on the court. These include motor skills, coordination skills, recovery, injury prevention and physical performance. In addition, our coaches will provide instructions for players to maintain their physical preparation once their Academy experience is over.
