CLEANING SERVICE
The cleaning service is carried out daily until 3:00 p.m. If you do not wish this service, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your door.
AIR CONDITIONING
All the rooms at the Center have individual air conditioning. You can regulate the temperature and intensity from the display panel located inside your room. For proper operation, all doors and windows must remain completely closed.
TERRACE LIGHTS
The terrace lights turn off automatically at night.
SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
All the rooms at the Rafa Nadal Sports Centre have a safe deposit box. If you need to use it, please contact our Reception desk under 5€ deposit.
SHEETS & TOWELS
Sheets are replaced every three days. If you need more changes, please contact our Reception desk. Towels are replaced at the request of our guests. If you wish clean towels, please leave the used ones on the floor.
POOL /BEACH TOWELS
Please do not use room towels in the pool. We have pool/beach towels at the Reception desk under 10€ deposit.
MINIBAR
All the rooms at the Rafa Nadal Sports Centre have a minibar. A price list of all the available items is located next to it. It is stocked on a regular basis and consumed items are charged directly to your room. If you take any items from the minibar the day prior to your check-out, please, let our Reception teams Know.
TECHNICAL SERVICES & MALFUNCTIONS
If you detect a malfunction during your stay, please let our Reception desk know. We will send a technician to repair it as soon as possible.
EMERGENCY EXITS
A map of our Centre is located behind the front door of your room with the nearest emergency exit. Please familiarize yourself with the map to avoid accidents in case of an emergency. Do not use the elevators in case of fire.

If you need to contact our Reception desk for further information or services, please dial 4000 using your room phone.
CALL ANOTHER ROOM
Dial the three digits of their room number followed by a “1” (if a room number ends in the letter A) or followed by a “2” (if the room number ends in the letter B).
OUTSIDE CALLS
If you wish to make a call outside our center, please dial the phone number in the usual way. Dial the country code before if necessary.
E.g. 101A = 1011 | 101B = 1012
LAUNDRY & DRY-CLEANING
The Rafa Nadal Sports Centre offers an external laundry and dry-cleaning service. If you leave your clothes in the morning (before noon) we return them in approximately 24 hours (if you leave them on a Sunday, the time period is 48 hours). All you have to do is fill out the form located in your closet and place the laundry inside the bag. Prices for this service are on the form.
