Departure is at noon. However, we are as flexible as our occupation allows.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
If you are not feeling well and need a doctor, please contact our Reception (Dial 4000) so we can make arrangements. We also have information regarding nearby pharmacies and hours of operation.
WIFI
All the rooms and common areas at the Rafa Nadal Sports Centre have free Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, the Reception desk can provide you with the necessary information so you can access our Wi-Fi network.
BAGGAGE STORAGE
We have an area near the Reception desk where you can leave your luggage on the day of your departure.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express at the Rafa Nadal Sports Centre.
WAKE UP SERVICE
If you need a wakeup call, please contact our Reception (Dial 4000) and let us know when you wish to be notified.
MESSENGER SERVICE
Please contact our Reception desk if you need to send a message, letter or package in the Balearic Islands or anywhere in the world.

We offer road and mountain bike rentals. For further information and to check rates, please contact our Reception desk.
BUSES & TRAINS
Please contact our Reception desk to request departure times and meeting points for area buses and trains.
LOST & FOUND
If any guest finds a lost item in our Center, they will leave it at our Reception desk as soon as possible. If you have lost an item in our facilities, please contact our Reception desk.
24 HOUR SURVEILLANCE
In addition to our Reception desk being available 24-hours, the facilities also have a professional surveillance service that is operational day and night.
SPORT DESK DEPARTMENT
The Rafa Nadal Sports Centre offers guests an operations department in charge of the integral management of our sports and health programs. They are available in the reception area for any information, doubt or request that customers have regarding their sports or health program.
The Sport Desk team is available to all guests from the time they confirm their reservation until check-out. Hours of operation:
Monday to Sunday: from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m
