Enjoy a complete training experience with the Daily Padel & Competition Camp, a program designed for adult players looking to take their game to the next level and enjoy a more intensive format, combining technique, tactics, and competition in the unique setting of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar.
Under the technical direction of Rodri Ovide, a world leader in padel coaching, this program offers 3 hours and 45 minutes of daily training, structured to maximize your progress on the court. Each day begins with 45 minutes of specific physical preparation (8:15–9:00 or 10:15–11:00), aimed at activating the body, improving mobility, and preventing injuries before the technical work.
You will then enjoy 2 hours of group technical-tactical training (9:00–11:00 or 11:00–13:00), where the Academy’s specialized coaches will work with you to improve your shots, positioning, partner play, and decision-making. In the afternoon, you’ll return to the court for a second 1-hour-and-30-minute session (4:00–5:30 PM) focused on real-life competition and match situations, where you can apply the concepts learned to game dynamics that boost your confidence and tactical reading.
During the week, you’ll work on all the essential aspects of modern padel: offensive and defensive shots, net play (volleys and smashes), layups, vipers, smashes, serves, returns, and building strategic points as a pair. Each session is tailored to the group’s level to ensure effective, motivating training focused on constant improvement.
