Rafa Nadal Academy nominated in four categories at the World Padel Awards

The Rafa Nadal Academy’s strong commitment to padel as one of the leading international references in this sport, thanks to its top-level facilities—with 19 indoor and outdoor courts—and specific training programs for young people and adults, as well as the work developed at the Academy, has not gone unnoticed in the sector.

Proof of this is the nomination of the Rafa Nadal Academy for the World Padel Awards in the category of Best Padel Club 2025, a recognition that values the sustained growth and quality of the sports and training project promoted from the center of Manacor.

In addition, the World Pairs Championship (FIP WORLD CUP PAIRS), held at the Rafa Nadal Academy Kuwait, which was already recognized last year, is nominated in this edition as Best Padel Tournament 2025, confirming the international impact of the events organized under the Rafa Nadal Academy brand.

The individual section completes an outstanding quartet of nominations for the Academy’s Padel Methodology Director, Rodri Ovide, who is in the running for the Best Coach award. With more than 17 seasons of experience training and managing some of the best players on the professional circuit, Ovide leads the training of the Academy’s padel coaches and has implemented his methodology in programs for both adults and junior categories.

Finally, Gemma Triay, ambassador of the Rafa Nadal Academy and who finished the year 2025 as number 1 in the world with her partner Delfi Brea, is also among the nominees for the Best Player award.

These nominations represent new international support that reaffirms the Rafa Nadal Academy’s strategic commitment to padel and its vocation for excellence in training, competition, and the organization of top-level events in the centers that make up the international network around the world.
