The Prevention Pack is a group program for adults that aims to prepare athletes’ bodies at a muscular and joint level for physical activity in the best conditions, minimizing the risk of injury. This program lasts 5 days (Monday to Friday) and includes the following practical sessions.

  • Sports psychology session.
  • Sports nutrition workshop.
  • Session of specific articular mobility for the technical gesture of tennis and prevention of shoulder injuries.
  • Muscle recovery session and prevention of hip and ankle injuries.
  • Core session focused on trunk stabilization work.

 

* Only for adults over 18 years old

** The prevention pack is only compatible with the following programs: Total Tennis Full Week, Total Padel Full Week, Total Tennis doubles Full Week, Learn to compete, Stay & Play (as long as it includes stay from Monday to Friday).
