Christmas Tennis Camp

The Christmas Tennis Camp combines sport, learning, and festive spirit in a unique week to enjoy tennis during the holidays at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar. This weekly program, inspired by the Rafa Nadal Methodology, offers the perfect balance between training, well-being, and social experiences in a warm and sporty environment ideal for closing the year in the best way.

Throughout the week, between Monday and Saturday, you will complete 5 training sessions. Each session will begin in the morning with 45 minutes of physical preparation to activate the body, improve mobility, and prevent injuries. Next, you will enjoy two hours of technical and tactical training on the court in small groups, guided by the Academy’s coaches, trained under the Rafa Nadal methodology. The sessions focus on perfecting technique, strengthening tactics, and improving decision-making in real game situations.

In addition to daily training, you will experience special moments that make the Christmas Tennis Camp an unforgettable experience. You will participate in two hours of special “Christmas Challenge” tennis, a fun and competitive event that brings together players of different levels in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.

You will also enjoy three “Building a Champion” sessions, which will be held between Monday and Friday, designed to inspire you to improve on and off the court, and you will have access to the Weekly Wingfield Challenge, an innovative baseline stroke analysis experience that will allow you to understand and optimize your performance with state-of-the-art technology.

The experience is completed with group leisure activities, ideal for socializing and enjoying the Christmas atmosphere, as well as a closing ceremony with diploma presentation and tasting of local products, where you will celebrate the progress made during the week.

During the festive dates, participants will experience unique gastronomic and social moments, with a Christmas or New Year’s lunch, and a Special Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve Dinner with grapes, music, and a DJ, to end the day in a cheerful and exclusive atmosphere. This option is available only with accommodation and depending on the selected package.

For those looking for a more complete experience, the Christmas Tennis Camp Plus includes, in addition to the base program, two additional hours of group training in the afternoon, spread over three sessions between Monday and Friday, ideal for reinforcing what you have learned and gaining consistency on the court, along with an individual functional assessment session (25 minutes) with a specialized physiotherapist, which will help you optimize your performance and prevent injuries.
