High-Performance Tennis Camp Adult Half Week
Discover our most intense group tennis program! A perfect combination of technical and tactical training to boost your game to the highest level.
Looking for a high performance tennis experience? The High-Performance Tennis Camp is designed for adults who want to enjoy a week of high-level tennis in an exceptional sports facility. This mid-week camp is characterized by offering two daily training sessions, which allows for a comprehensive approach to technical, tactical and mental aspects in order to achieve high performance. Our coaches will evaluate your game at the beginning of the camp and assign you to a training group adapted to your level. In the morning sessions, you will focus on perfecting the technique of all your shots, improving your positioning on the court, working on the direction of your shots and developing both your offensive and defensive game, including counter-attacking strategies.
In the afternoon, we will prioritize tactical training through game and competition situations. In addition, to balance the training load, you will benefit from a physiotherapy session by our specialists. This program has a duration of 4 days and 3 nights of stay. Players may choose the Sunday arrival and Thursday departure option or the Wednesday arrival and Sunday departure option. This program is also available without accommodation to suit your needs. What is included
12 hours of technical and tactical tennis training per week (Monday to Wednesday)
10 hours of technical and tactical tennis training per week (Thursdays to Saturdays)
Small groups. Ratio court/player: 1/4
45-minute physical therapy session.
Access to the Fitness Center with more than 200 guided activities per week*.
Access to the 25 m indoor semi-Olympic pool and outdoor recreational pool*.
Access to the Spa with hydrothermal circuit, sauna and Turkish bath*.
Entrance to the Rafa Nadal Museum.

Dentro de nuestras instalaciones en Manacor, Mallorca, contamos con varios edificios principales: Academia : Es el «campamento base» para los jugadores junior y tiene acceso restringido. Alberga la residencia tutelada, la Escuela Rafa Nadal y zonas comunes de descanso. Residencia Rafa Nadal : Puede ser visitada por el público en general. Incluye alojamiento para adultos o familias. Además de pistas de tenis de gran calidad (cubiertas, semicubiertas, tierra batida y duras), cuenta con gimnasio de última generación, spa, piscina cubierta y descubierta, pistas de pádel, restaurantes y cafetería, tiendas y el Museo Rafa Nadal. También contamos con la Clínica Deportiva Quirónsalud, un servicio integral y multidisciplinar para fomentar la práctica deportiva en las mejores condiciones médicas.
El idioma principal en la Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar es el tenis y el amor por el deporte.
En el programa anual una evaluación del idioma inglés es parte del procedimiento de admisión a este programa.
En el campamento de verano y en los programas semanales asisten jugadores de todo el mundo y el idioma común en la pista es el inglés. Muchos de nuestros empleados hablan varios idiomas.
Tenemos jugadores de diferentes niveles y la media de entrenamiento es de entre 4 y 6 horas semanales. Al principio del programa, los entrenadores evalúan el nivel de los jugadores y los colocan en grupos de entrenamiento por semana según su nivel y edad.
Nuestro equipo PlayerDesk le enviará el documento «Información de la Academia» antes de su llegada con información útil y otros detalles útiles para ayudarle a planificar su viaje.
