The High Performance Tennis Camp Junior is designed for players aged 11 to 20 who aspire to reach their highest competitive level. During an intensive week at the Rafa Nadal Academy, participants experience a unique training program following the methodology that has fueled Rafa Nadal’s career and is applied by his technical team.
This program combines the demands of professional training with a human and educational approach, providing players with the tools they need to grow both on and off the court, fostering athletic performance and the values that define great athletes.
A complete program to develop your potential
This camp is an intensive version of our Annual Program, focused on refining each player’s technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills. For six consecutive days, participants train in an environment of sporting excellence, with small group sessions and personalized attention that ensures continuous improvement. Mental development also plays a key role, with educational sessions and Off Court activities that help players build concentration, discipline, and pressure management, fostering a winning and resilient mindset.
More than training: a formative experience
During the camp, participants learn to train with intensity and purpose, understanding the importance of effort, focus, and respect—the pillars of the Rafa Nadal methodology. The Rafa’s Legacy Project – Weekly Junior complements the program with specific mental training, helping players manage emotions and build confidence on and off the court.
The result is a transformative experience: players not only improve their technical and physical level but also develop a solid mindset and a deeper understanding of tennis and themselves.
