Fitness Centre & Spa
The mission of the Rafa Nadal Residence is to foster and promotesports in order to positively impact the well-being of our guests.
All guests can use the Rafa Nadal Sports Centre Fitness Facilities where they can enjoy 3,000 square meters equipped with state-of-theart Technogym machines and a variety of instructor-led group activities including a semi-Olympic pool and a teaching pool where guests can participate in aquafitness activities.
Opening hours:
· Monday, Wednesday and Friday: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
· Tuesday and Thursday: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
· Saturday: from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
· Sunday and Holidays: from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Those under the age of 16 may not use the Fitness Centre.
Those under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside the pool.
*From October 1 to June 30, from Monday to Friday between 4:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., adults with children are not allowed to access the pool area because there are courses, both in:
In the small pool for not being able to integrate children staying in existing classes.
In a large pool because there are only 2 lanes available and exclusive for adults in free swimming. What makes it impossible for children to swim with adults.
