Players at the Summer Tennis Camp Junior will improve their technique, physical condition, and on-court skills while enjoying a variety of recreational activities in the unparalleled environment of Mallorca. The technical team at the Rafa Nadal Academy recommends this camp for players who wish to maximize their tennis progression during their stay, as the program includes a double daily training session, always adapted to the level and age of each participant.
The program combines intensive on-court training with educational development through the Building a Champion project, which focuses on the holistic preparation of the player. Through sessions led by specialists in the different areas of the sport, participants work on key aspects such as nutrition, physical conditioning, and sports psychology applied to tennis.
One of the camp’s major distinguishing features is the work on tactics and strategy through video analysis, a key tool that allows players to:
– Become better players by developing game understanding, decision-making, and on-court strategy.
– Become better athletes by incorporating the fundamentals of nutrition, physical preparation, and sports psychology applied to tennis.
These lessons are integrated into both daily training and Saturday tournaments, where players compete following a code of conduct based on Rafa Nadal’s philosophy, promoting values such as discipline, commitment, respect, humility, perseverance, effort, self-control, resilience, and passion for sport.
Additionally, the camp includes a weekly program focused on developing the mental skills necessary for competition, working on aspects such as concentration, patience, courage, self-confidence, and pressure management, always aligned with Rafa Nadal’s legacy and sporting philosophy.
The Summer Tennis Camp Junior will take place from May 31 to August 30, 2026, with check-in and check-out on Sundays.
More than a camp, it is a complete experience where tennis, learning, fun, and values come together in an international environment, where young people from around the world share the same passion for tennis.
