The city of Gij\u00f3n will host for the first time a Rafa Nadal Academy Padel Tour by The Adecco Group<\/a> event from October 3 to 5.<\/strong> The event, which will take place at VADE4 PADEL INDOOR<\/strong>, combines competition, leisure, fun and values and is part of an amateur padel circuit that last year brought together more than 1,000 players. In fact, it was nominated for the award for Best Amateur Circuit of the Year at the World Padel Awards organized annually by ‘Padel Spain’. <\/p>\n\n

Following the Hexagon Cup model, each participating team will be made up of a minimum of six players, who will form three pairs per heat, and each team will be guaranteed to play at least two heats.<\/p>\n\n

The tournament will also have two men’s categories (Viper, high level, and Veron, medium level) and two women’s categories (Energy, high level, and Stima, medium level), in which teams will compete to be crowned champions and enter the draw for a place to play the final event in Mallorca, at the Rafa Nadal Academy, next December.<\/p>\n\n
