For the third consecutive year, the Spanish Padel Federation’s Technical Training Campus for players aged 12 to 18<\/strong> was held at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca. This training camp is aimed at players seeking a high-performance experience with padel training tailored to their level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Junior Padel Camp kicked off in Manacor on August 11th, with players from up to eight different nationalities<\/strong>: Mexico, Venezuela, Denmark, Belgium, Italy, France, Germany, and Spain. All participants trained under the guidance of coaches from the Rafa Nadal Academy, the Padel Federation of the Balearic Islands, and the Spanish Padel Federation (FEP): Mar\u00eda Casta\u00f1eda, Toni M\u00e9ndez, Adri\u00e1n Vidal, Guillem Vives, Javi Navas, Renzo Meneses, and Oriol Moyes, the national youth coach, along with Idoia Mart\u00edn and Javi S\u00e1nchez from the FEP youth team coaching staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe’ve had two spectacular weeks at the Rafa Nadal Academy,\u201d said Oriol Moyes. \u201cThe growth compared to last year has been remarkable, with the number of players increasing from 42 to 60, which is why a second session was introduced during the two weeks of training.\u201d \u201cDuring this last week, the players had the opportunity to see Rafa Nadal, as well as Marin Cilic, the US Open champion,\u201d continued Moyes, the national youth coach. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n During this camp, the young players participated in various activities both inside and outside the academy: on-court training, physical preparation, paddle surfing, boat trips, museum visits, team-building games, and more<\/strong>. The Campus also aims to educate participants through sports, with entertaining practical activities included in the \u201cBuilding a Champion\u201d program.
