The Rafa Nadal Academy Team Powered by Richard Mille visits MARCA

With just two weeks to go until the start of the Hexagon Cup, the Rafa Nadal Academy Team by Richard Mille visited the MARCA and Radio Marca offices. Maribel Nadal was accompanied by Marta Ortega and Gemma Triay (the team’s female partner), as well as Noa Cánovas and Noemí Aguilar, who will represent the academy in the Next Gen category this year. They all spoke about the competition, their expectations, and highlighted the great team atmosphere.

In this second edition, the goal is to surpass the third place they finished in 2024 and qualify for the grand final, which will be played on Sunday, February 2nd. Martita Ortega and Gemma Triay will play their league matches at the Madrid Arena on Wednesday the 29th against Ari Sánchez and Lucía Sainz (RL9 Pádel Team), on Friday the 31st in the afternoon against Paula Josemaría and Alejandra Alonso (Eleven Eleven), and on Saturday, February 1st at 1:00 p.m. against Alejandra Salazar and Aránzazu Osoro (Hexagon Team). Álex Ruiz and Franco Stupaczuk will play their matches on Thursday evening, January 30th against Paquito Navarro and Álex Chozas (Hexagon Team), on Friday the 31st in the afternoon against Fede Chingotto and Momo González (KRÜ Pádel by Taktika), and on Saturday, February 1st against Arturo Coello and Coki Nieto (Team Bella Puerto Rico). Next Gen players Noa Cánovas and Noemí Aguilr will face Jimena Velasco and Marta Arellano (Team Bella Puerto Rico) on Thursday the 30th and Marina Lobo and Águeda Pérez (KRÜ Pádel) on Friday the 31st.
