"Trust is key in this project and I trust Rafa". These are the words of Roger Federer, one of the names involved in the four-episode series on the Rafa Nadal Academy that airs on both Amazon Prime and Movistar, and which shows the training methodology of one of Rafa's most important projects. By broadcasting in 244 countries around the world, this ambitious audiovisual project is helping thousands of people to learn about the work being done at the Academy, which is now in its fifth year.

The docuseries reflects in detail how the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar combines high-performance sports education and school teaching in order to form excellent tennis players and great people for society, by following Rafa's own inspiring values. The Rafa Nadal Academy bears the testimonies of the people who work with Rafa in the development of this ambitious sports centre. The Academy's tennis director Toni Nadal, former world number 1 Carlos Moya and Carlos Costa (ATP Top 10 and Academy board member) are some of the people who will be offering their testimonies on the main aspects of this unique training methodology.

The docuseries stars young talents such as Dani Rincón, Abdullah Shelbayh, Ariana Geerlings, Alex Eala, Max Basing and Emma Stauber, who tell their stories, testimonies and experiences at the Academy. All of them are part of the prestigious "Annual Programme", in which 150 young people from 39 different countries are trained every year, who combine their tennis activity with excellence in their studies at the Rafa Nadal International School, located within the Rafa Nadal facilities.

Another of the stars is Casper Ruud, who arrived in Manacor ranked 143rd and is now ranked among the 10 best tennis players in the world. Rafa is full of praise for the talented Norwegian: "I would say he has one of the best forehands on the circuit".

Another of the most prestigious programmes is the "Adult Programme", which allows adults, families and friends to enjoy a tennis holiday, combining sport with the use of the impressive facilities. The Academy has 64 spacious rooms, a 3000 m2 fitness centre, a spectacular spa, a semi-Olympic swimming pool and a restaurant that offers a variety of high-quality food, and is supervised by a team of nutritionists. And if that wasn't enough, the stay is complemented by a visit to the Rafa Nadal Museum, which contains numerous interactive activities around the spectacular display of trophies that Rafa has won throughout his career.

If you have seen the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar documentary... The time has come for you to live the experience in Mallorca!
