The double at Wimbledon

Who said a Spanish player couldn’t succeed at Wimbledon? If Manolo Santana was the pioneer who shattered the myth, Rafa Nadal tore it to pieces four decades later by becoming the first to lift two crowns on Centre Court.
Between 2008 and 2010, he stringed together 14 consecutive victories (he did not play the 2009 edition) and raised the total number of consecutive match wins in London to 20 (up to the 2011 final).
However, the Mallorcan reached the title match at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in every one of his appearances between 2006 and 2011.
