The Spanish player of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar Dani Rincon has had the opportunity to train with Rafa Nadal in the facilities of the Academy in Manacor.

After joining the Rafa Nadal Academy in 2019, Daniel Rincón went down in the history of national tennis by becoming the sixth Spanish player to win the Orange Bowl in the Under-16s category, something that until then had only been done by Álex Corretja (1990), Gonzalo Corrales (1991), Tommy Robredo (1998), Georgi Roumenov (2005) and Pablo Llamas (2018). In addition, Dani won the doubles alongside Abedallah Shelbayh, also a Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar player. The Spaniard and the Jordanian beat US pair Ozan Colak and Hugo Kashimoto 6-1, 6-2 to bring their Orange Bowl to an unforgettable end.

The double at the Orange Bowl closed out a great year in which he also won two other important tournaments. In Vila do Conde (Portugal) and Casablanca (Morocco) he picked up his first ITF World Tennis Tour Junior trophies, as well as reaching the final in Luque (Paraguay).

In 2020 Dani continues to grow at the Academy and thanks to Rafa's inspiration and motivation, he will continue to strive to fulfill his dreams.
