Do you want to improve your tennis and live a unique experience this Christmas? Secure your spot at the Christmas Tennis Camp of the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar — an exceptional opportunity for young players aged 8 to 18 who want to train at one of the most prestigious high-performance centers in the world.
During the camp, participants will have access to the Academy’s renowned training system, focused on technical improvement, physical preparation, and the tactical and mental development of the player. Under the supervision of the Academy’s technical team, the young athletes will train following the methodology that has guided Rafa Nadal throughout his career.
In addition to on-court work, players will take part in the Building a Champion (BAC) program, which offers education in nutrition, physical preparation, and the core values that define Rafa Nadal: discipline, commitment, respect, humility, perseverance, effort, self-control, resilience, and passion. These values are integrated into our methodology and applied both during training sessions and Saturday tournaments, where participants follow a code of conduct inspired by Rafa’s philosophy.
The camp also incorporates the Rafa’s Legacy Project – Weekly Junior, a program focused on mental and emotional training. Throughout the week, players will develop skills such as concentration, patience, self-confidence, courage, adaptability, and pressure management, strengthening their winning mindset both on and off the court.
The Christmas Tennis Camp combines sport, learning, and fun in an international environment that fosters personal and athletic growth. An inspiring experience to finish the year training with Rafa Nadal’s values and methodology.
