With the Total Tennis & Fitness programfor adults, you will improve your technical-tactical game while enjoying training in small groups that will allow you to learn and compete with players from all over the world.
In this program, you will carry out daily tennis training sessions and specific physical conditioning sessions that will help you improve your general physical condition and your movements on the court.
Our coaches at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar carry out a level test for all players at the beginning of the program to assign them a training group according to their game.
This program has a duration of 6 days (7 nights), with check-in and check-out on Sunday. Group tennis classes (always in groups of less than four people) are held from Monday to Saturday, leaving Sundays free for rest or other activities. Fitness sessions are held from Monday to Friday.
Tennis classes are not held on Sundays. Training sessions can be made up another day of the week, provided there is availability, or reimbursed.
The Total Tennis & Fitness program can be booked throughout the year, always subject to availability.
