The Christmas Tennis Camp combines sport, learning and festive spirit in a unique week to enjoy tennis during the holidays at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar. This weekly program, inspired by the Rafa Nadal Methodology, offers the perfect balance of training, wellness, and social experiences in a warm and sporty environment to close the year in the best way.
Each day, from Monday to Saturday, you will start with 45 minutes of physical preparation (09:30 – 10:15) to activate the body, improve mobility, and prevent injuries. Then, you will enjoy two hours of on-court technical and tactical training (10:30 – 12:30) in small groups, guided by the Academy coaches trained in the Rafa Nadal Methodology. The sessions focus on refining technique, strengthening tactics, and improving decision-making in real-game situations.
Beyond daily training, you will experience special moments that make the Christmas Tennis Camp unforgettable. You will participate in two hours of special tennis “Christmas Challenger,” a fun and competitive event that brings together players of different levels in a relaxed and festive atmosphere. You will also enjoy three “Building a Champion” sessions, designed to inspire improvement on and off the court, and you will have access to the Weekly Wingfield Challenge, an innovative analysis of groundstrokes that allows you to understand and optimize your performance with cutting-edge technology.
The experience is completed with group leisure activities, ideal for socializing and enjoying the Christmas atmosphere, as well as a closing ceremony with diploma delivery and local product tasting, celebrating the progress achieved during the week.
During the festive dates, participants will enjoy unique culinary and social moments, with a Christmas or New Year lunch, and a Special Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve Dinner with grapes, music and DJ, to close the day in a joyful and exclusive atmosphere.

For those seeking a more complete experience, the Christmas Tennis Camp Plus includes, in addition to the base program, two extra hours of group training in the afternoon (Monday to Thursday, 15:30 – 17:30), ideal to reinforce what has been learned and gain consistency on court, along with an individual functional assessment session (25 minutes) with a specialized physiotherapist, to help optimize performance and prevent injuries.

Within our facilities in Manacor, Mallorca, we have several main buildings: Academy : This is the “base camp” for junior players and has restricted access. It houses the supervised residence, the Rafa Nadal School and common rest areas. Rafa Nadal Residence : can be visited by the general public. Includes accommodation for adults or families. In addition to top-quality tennis courts (indoor, semi-covered, clay and hard courts), it has a state-of-the-art gym, spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, restaurants and cafeteria, stores and the Rafa Nadal Museum. We also have the Quirónsalud Sports Clinic, a comprehensive and multidisciplinary service to promote sports practice in the best medical conditions.
The main language at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar is tennis and love for the sport.
In the annual program an English language assessment is part of the admission procedure for this program.
In the summer camp and weekly programs we have players from all over the world attending and the common language on the court is English. Many of our employees speak several languages.
We have players of different levels and the average training is between 4 and 6 hours per week. At the beginning of the program, the coaches evaluate the level of the players and place them in training groups per week according to their level and age.
