The Weekly Tennis Camp Plus is a weekly program designed for adults seeking a complete training and continuous improvement experience, in an environment of sporting excellence and guided by coaches trained in the Rafa Nadal Methodology.
For six consecutive days, you’ll follow a structured plan that combines technical, tactical and physical sessions with complementary training and active recovery moments. Each morning begins with a technical session in a small group (08:30 – 10:30h) focused on perfecting strokes, positioning and ball direction to develop a more balanced and effective game.
Afterwards, a block of stretching and recovery exercises (10:45 – 11:30h) will help you optimize performance and prevent injuries.
In the afternoon, you’ll return to the court for a second session (15:30 – 17:30h) focused on tactics, decision-making and real match situations. Our coaches will guide you personally, helping you apply what you’ve learned and strengthen your consistency and confidence point by point.
Throughout the week, you’ll also enjoy a personal functional assessment session with a specialized physiotherapist, and a series of four off-court educational talks (Monday to Thursday) covering key aspects of modern tennis: technique, tactics, strategy and sports psychology. The week concludes with a diploma ceremony on Saturday, a special recognition of your effort and progress during your stay.
