This camp is aimed at young players aged 8 to 18 who wish to improve their game in one of the world’s most prestigious high-performance sports centers. During their stay, participants will train under the renowned Rafa Nadal Academy system, focused on the technical, tactical, physical, and mental development of each player.
In addition to on-court training, young players will take part in the Building a Champion (BAC) program, where they will receive education on nutrition, physical preparation, and the core values that inspire Rafa Nadal: discipline, commitment, respect, humility, perseverance, effort, self-control, resilience, and passion. These values are deeply embedded in the Academy’s methodology and are applied during both training sessions and Saturday tournaments, following a code of conduct based on Rafa’s philosophy.
The camp also includes the Rafa’s Legacy Project – Weekly Junior, a program that develops the mental skills needed to perform at your best both on and off the court. Throughout the week, players work on concentration, patience, self-confidence, courage, and pressure management, building a true winning mindset.
The Winter Tennis Camp Junior combines sport, education, and values in an international environment where young players grow both as athletes and as individuals, following the training methodology that has led Rafa Nadal to the top of world tennis.
