Rafa Nadal Academy celebrates six players ranked in the ATP and WTA Top 100 for the first time

Rafa Nadal Academy players continue to shine in 2026. So much so that, for the first time in its history, six players developed at the Academy are simultaneously ranked among the world’s Top 100 players in the ATP and WTA rankings.

This new milestone reflects the excellent form of several of our players, who continue to achieve success in the main tournaments on the international circuit.
The highest-ranked player is Norway’s Casper Ruud, who sits at No. 14 in the ATP rankings after climbing two places following his run to the fourth round of Roland Garros.
On the women’s tour, Alex Eala of the Philippines is ranked No. 33 in the WTA standings after a season full of impressive results, including winning the Birmingham Open, her maiden grass-court title.
Meanwhile, Spain’s Jaume Munar currently holds the 44th position in the ATP ranking, confirming his consistency and growth on the circuit over the past few years.

One of the standout performers of the season has been Argentina’s Solana Sierra, who currently sits at No. 56 in the WTA rankings and continues to establish herself among the tour’s top players.
Also noteworthy is the spectacular progression of Martín Landaluce, who achieves his career-best ranking at 58th in the ATP. The Madrid native has had an outstanding season, reaching the third round of Roland Garros and making it to the quarterfinals in Miami and Rome, both Masters 1000 tournaments.
Completing this historic list is Russia’s Alina Korneeva, who enters the WTA Top 100 for the first time at No. 96, underlining her immense potential for the future.
