16.5 hours of padel training in small groups (9 hours of technical training and 7.5 hours of tactical and competition training)

5 hours of specific physical preparation in groups to maximize on-court performance.

4 hours of briefing sessions, including technical talks (on defense, counterattack, attack, and sports psychology) with Rodri Ovide.

At the Rodri Ovide Padel Camp, you’ll improve your technique, fitness, and on-court skills with the training system of Rodri Ovide, head of the padel methodology at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, in the incomparable setting of Mallorca. During this exclusive padel summer camp, you’ll discover how ball control , biomechanical efficiency , and natural movements are key to improving your game.
